【Shipping & Delivery】 
1. Domestic Delivery

Delivery via ezship, you may pick up your packages at assigned Family mart, Life or OK stores (not all marts provide this service).
Package may also be delivered to you door.Delivery is FREE when your order is NTD 1000 or above (after discount), please check on new discount messages at our website.


2. Delivery to Kingmen, Matsu and islands away from the main Taiwan Island
Delivery via EMS, an extra freight at NTD 200 is charged if your order is below NTD 4,000 (after discount).

3.  Shipping abroad
Delivery via EMS or express, freight is added externally, and all taxes including but not limited to import taxes arose should be paid by buyers.

【Returns】 
If you're not satisfied with an item you've received due to following reasons, please let us know by emailing us with 3 clear photographs of the defected regions. 

Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services, and will notify buyers immediately after refund:
  • The item received is different from the item ordered
  • The item received is a defective product
Returns requirement must be made within 3 days after receiving the product, and are not accepted if the product has been opened or used.


【Cancellation or order changes】 
1. Buyers may not be able to request cancellation or order changed once the order has been confirmed.
